Complete Physiques nutrition and training packages will assist you in reaching your goals, no matter what they are, as long as you adhere to the program and stay consistent.  Results don’t happen overnight; however, they do begin to happen once you reprogram your body to run more efficiently.

If you want to become healthier, get rid of love handles, get into shape as a competitive bodybuilder/figure/fitness athlete, or improve your performance as an athlete for a triathlon or other athletic events, you’ll be sure to find a program that fits your needs.  The ones listed below are my most basic programs but keep in mind, if you don’t see one you like, contact me and I’ll design a package that will suit what you’re looking for.

Additionally, I do work with diabetics so I can customize general nutrition plans that fit the needs of diabetics.  Too often, information regarding diabetes gets overlooked and not all nutrition approaches work as they would for someone who doesn’t have any obstacle to overcome.

Note: When purchasing any package listed below for the first time, I will send you a questionnaire to fill out; this will give me the initial information I need to get you started.

Program is designed to get you on the right track with diet & nutrition.  We’ll figure out what foods you like and don’t like, then, develop a comprehensive meal plan that will be easy and enjoyable.  This program can be tweaked and designed for anyone to include athletes.

Package is geared toward somebody who wants to improve body composition, but not necessarily enter a physique contest. This could be a beginner, or someone who is simply stuck and needs to break through a plateau.

Extreme Training Package
This is one of my most popular programs and is designed for those who want a kick in the butt in terms of training intensity and their results!

  • Unique exercises that you may not have seen before, but are very effective – these exercises will be viewable via YouTube links so you can be sure you have the form right.
  • Unlimited email support.
  • You do need access to a fair amount of equipment for this program meaning a Bowflex won’t cut it.  If you aren’t sure, just ask me.

NOTE: Program is for people with a minimum of 2 years training experience, as the intensity level is meant for trained athletes. In other words, it’s very difficult!
