About

Complete Physiques was created to help others achieve great results while at the same time learning the importance of nutrition in daily life.  It doesn’t matter if you’re an athlete or just someone who is interested in general nutrition and trying to become healthier, Complete Physiques is the place for you.  Unlike many other coaches who will simply “tell” you what to eat and “when” to eat it, I will create a baseline meal plan and explain why you’re eating the things you’re eating.  When I recommend supplements, I’ll explain why I recommend taking certain ones and at certain times.  After all, timing of supplementation and nutrition plays a key role in the way your body responds.  It’s important for all my clients to understand why they’re eating what they’re eating, why they’re taking certain supplements, etc…  The more my clients know, the better off he or she will be in achieving great results.

As for the athletes and competitors, we all know some sacrifices will have to be made but I will help make it as painless as possible and will provide some variety as well as tips & tricks to get through those tough times.  Athletes have even more nutritional needs based upon the physical exertion placed on the body day-in and day-out.  A couple of miscalculations can lead to plateaus, overtraining and total exhaustion – exactly what an athlete does NOT want to happen.

Complete Physiques offers a variety of packages to choose from so browse the site, read about how everything works and then contact me so we can begin your transformation!
